Our Circular Analytics Team is looking for a Junior Data Analyst - Circular Economy (f/m/d) on an apprenticeship contract, based in Lille . At the heart of the Circularity domain, our team of 25 data experts (BI Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists) builds the intelligence that drives Decathlon's sustainable transformation. We bridge the gap between raw data and concrete action to make repairing, renting, and second-hand as natural as buying new. Our challenge? Reducing environmental footprint while securing a circular and efficient business model on a global scale. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join the Advanced Analytics team dedicated to Rental and Second Life business models. Your goal will be to dive deep into our circular customer data to understand their profiling, purchasing behavior, and lifecycles at a global scale. On a daily basis, you will participate in: Scoping business needs: Partnering with Design/UX Research and Marketing teams to translate business questions into concrete data problems. Data exploration & preparation: Diving into databases to extract, clean, and analyze trends. Modeling: Helping build and test smart segmentations or propensity scores. Impact Measurement: Analyzing model performance and measuring the actual impact of marketing campaigns. Data Visualization: Designing and maintaining clear, actionable Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders. WHAT YOU BRING We recruit sports lovers who have a positive mental attitude, are adaptable, and are open-minded. Education: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) specialized in Data, Statistics, or Big Data. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy). A first experience or university project using Tableau is a significant plus. Business Appetite: A genuine interest in customer behavior and how data can drive loyalty in a circular economy context.
