Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist

About the role

You will serve as a Chief Engineer in the HAMERSOW of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Applying systems engineering principles to direct the technical integrity of complex weapons systems and commodities; 2) Experience with defense acquisition process including requirements definition, risk identification, test and evaluation, and lifecycle management across technical projects; and 3) Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve performance issues.
