Expectations to business development include product promotion and develop strategic cooperation with customers with trust relationship as preferred supplier. You need to develop your business pipeline in a healthy approach. Gain new customers, penetrate hi-po accounts, maintain our share in mature accounts and prevent collapse. You also need to strengthen our Brand Image among customers. Regular business review to ensure sales target could be achievable and action items under right track. Requirements

- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent work experience
- CERTIFICATIONS: N/A
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years of direct sales experience, focus on life science market are preferred
- Familiar with selling Laboratory Equipment and Consumables.
- Good written and spoken English skills required.
- Familiar with pharma and vaccine market on consumables.
- Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word). Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets; Strong system aptitude required.
- Understanding of forecast and replenishment theory, obtained through APICS or similar training coursework.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, experience in a matrix environment desirable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge and practical use of Forecasting and Inventory Planning tools, i.e. Logility, SAP, or equivalent. Mentor Buyer team.
- Meets sales objectives through end user management.
- Develop direct end users in region by daily visits and management.
- Have good understanding of biopharma market, know requirement of end users from R&D to scaled production.
- Regular feedback to manager on market development, competitor's activity along with daily and monthly report. Submission of all reports to the Line Manager on time to maintain discipline.
- Supports sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relations and assuring continued market penetration and profitability by making in - depth calls to end Users to achieve sales objectives.
- Work with team to manage necessary on-site activities such as seminar and technical discussion in key account.
- Collect AR from end users.
- Exposure in handling Key Accounts
- Implements customer specific action plans.
- Resolves customer service relevant issues (i.e. pricing and product availability)
- Introduces new products and services to the accounts.
- Develops new customers and performs other tasks as assigned by Manager.
