You will : Being an expert of the Korean market and the advertising ecosystem, you will design the short and long term business unit strategy. Driving the revenue growth by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions within the teams. Leveraging your network to meet C-Level, to identify new business opportunities and driving the clients portfolio increase. Being the voice of the company by attending local events. You will lead, train and mentor teams by setting clear goals and embodying the company values. You will navigate through a matrix company building and maintaining strong relationships with the executive leadership team and the other countries. You will report on sales performance, financial statues and budget variance to the Regional Director based in HQ. Desired Experience: 15+ years experience 10 years of experience in direct sales working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in the Korean market 5+ years proven management experience managing a team of 10+ individuals Business network, used to present to C level executives; Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model; Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets in the Korean market; Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans; Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business; Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy; Creative problem-solving skills; Strong time management skills; Fluency in English;
