[What you will be working on] GovTech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a Technology Adoption Squad, driving the successful integration and widespread use of innovative government technology solutions. These solutions will encompass leveraging innovative AI solutions and more frontier technologies like AI agents. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for technology adoption initiatives, aligning with GovTech's broader digital transformation goals. Lead a cross-functional squad (engineers and designers) to deliver user-centric solutions that facilitate technology uptake across government agencies. Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify pain points, opportunities, and adoption barriers. Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize product backlog and manage the development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and implement strategies to measure, monitor, and improve product adoption rates, user satisfaction, and overall impact. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, communications, and policy teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment. Act as a subject matter expert on technology adoption best practices, change management, and user experience for government services. Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to the growth of GovTech's product management community. Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership. [What we are looking for] Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products, preferably in the public sector or enterprise environments. Strong understanding of user adoption methodologies, change management principles, and user-centered design. Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile development environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment. Prior experience with government digital services or public sector technology initiatives is a significant advantage.
