Your Role and Impact Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design and development of projects and features, actively contributing code and user documentation. Enable your team by resolving complex challenges and collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams. Own technical deliverables from start to finish. AI Innovation: Provide guidance and leadership on AI-driven projects, shaping architecture, best practices, and responsible innovation. End-to-End Development: Lead agile development cycles to design, build, test, and deploy new features and product enhancements. DevOps & Microservices: Influence and operate scalable, reliable microservice architectures with a focus on observability, deployment quality, and operational readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, UX, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical plans and successful outcomes. Problem Solving & Adaptability: Address diverse and challenging problems daily, demonstrating flexibility, data-driven quality focus, and rapid learning. Ownership & Quality: Take full responsibility for technical results, including feature development, automated testing, and issue resolution, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Software/Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming, with experience in Spring Boot applications. Ability to pragmatically assess and adopt new technologies.
  • Over 10 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership roles influencing architecture and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a scientific and creative approach to complex challenges.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in diverse teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous learning with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building secure, cloud-scale RESTful APIs with a focus on secure coding, monitoring, logging, and traceability.
  • Experience designing and maintaining robust data pipelines across distributed and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SSO, and identity platform integrations.
  • Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems.
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic AI architectures for product administration, including managed configuration access, SQL agents, and safe feedback loops.
