Responsibilities
- As a Start-Up Technician, you'll be responsible for commissioning and optimizing commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems. You'll ensure systems are operating safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.

- What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical training preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
- Strong background with supermarket systems, including parallel racks ( CO₂ experience is a plus )
- 3+ years working with EMS systems (CPC, Novar, Danfoss, etc.)
- EPA Certification required (Type I & II minimum)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing blueprints
- Proficiency with system controls, oil management systems, and defrost strategies
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable leading small teams or projects when needed
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and overtime as required
