Your Job: As the Manager, Responsible Sourcing at Brooks, you will lead and advance Brooks' global approach to responsible manufacturing across finished goods and materials. You will oversee programs in social compliance, remediation, worker voice, training, fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and supply chain traceability. You will work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Legal, Sustainability, and Trade Compliance, as well as directly with manufacturing partners. You will help protect the human rights of workers in Brooks' supply chain and ensure factory partners meet the Brooks Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable regulatory requirements while continuously improving performance. You will bring strong program leadership, effective supplier engagement, and the ability to translate standards and expectations into practical implementation across a global supplier base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Responsibility, International Relations, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s); Master's degree preferred but not required
  • 7+ years of experience in responsible supply chain or related role, preferably within the footwear and apparel industry
  • 3+ years of management and/or leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent understanding of social and environmental global supply chain issues
  • Experience and knowledge in the Higg Index suite of tools and the Fair Labor Association preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading programs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and translate strategy into action
  • Experience managing budgets and program performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in collecting and evaluating complex data with the ability to translate into meaningful insights that can be clearly articulated to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel 10% domestically/internationally

Benefits

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $117,244 - $175,918 per year.
