About the role

HERE is recruiting for an experienced, high octane, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our steadily growing sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts across enterprise organisations. The person in this seat will be focused on actively researching and developing new business opportunities and establishing a positive rapport with our clients. Our ideal candidate will be driven, organized, personable and creative, with an innate ability to think outside the box. The ability to leverage AI tooling to drive your own productivity and results is a must. Being comfortable with cold call outreach will be crucial to success in this role and is something that you should feel comfortable doing on a daily basis. Experience working with Financial Services or Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • In the first 90 days, you can expect to:
  • Spend extensive time with all areas of the business to master your knowledge of HERE's technology value proposition, client base and target ICP
  • Get a good understanding of how to use our sales resources, including Amplemarket, Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator & Google AI tools
  • Build out your value proposition cheat sheet for each ideal ICP
  • Extensively review HERE product material as well as proven successful outreach methods and content to build product knowledge
  • Begin booking both inbound & outbound meetings for our Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong (and start earning commission!)
  • Within the first 6 months, you will be responsible for:
  • Working your own pipeline and showing your ability to book meetings with senior decision making personas within your key target accounts
  • Perfecting your sales acumen and etiquette
  • Continuing to build on your understanding of your target market & target ICP
  • Establish and build relationships with your prospects
  • Demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate various HERE value propositions to the appropriate personas
  • By your 1 year anniversary, you will have accomplished:
  • Hitting your monthly targets consistently
  • An in-depth understanding of HERE's product & positioning, demonstrated on the phone to clients
  • Becoming a meaningful contributor to the overall success of the sales team, culture and wider business
  • Mastery of your outreach cadence
  • Efficiently managing your own successful pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales development experience within financial services or enterprise SaaS environment and proven track record of successful lead conversion
  • A competitive, results-driven individual contributor who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Experience working in an SDR role for a SaaS, AI or Technology company with Enterprise products required
  • A history working with leads across industries with a strong preference of Financial Services experience
  • A resilient personality with the ability to be self driven and remain adaptable to changes in the market while remaining goal oriented
  • Experience driving lead generation through frequent, direct cold-calling efforts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior and executive level individuals (internal and external facing)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a diligent work ethic, with a very strong attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Must have macro mindset and be adaptable to cha
