Responsibilities

- Experience developing predictive models using methods such as regression, decision trees, or neural networks.
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Apache Spark and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Knowledge of healthcare data and systems (e.g., claims data, ICD-10) and ability to apply insights to real-world challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
- Experience with GenAI and LLM technologies such as GPT, RAG, or vector databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 107,700 - 179,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
