Software Engineer

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied AI, or a related field.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates with strong portfolios; 1+ years of relevant professional experience is a strong advantage .
• Core Technical Skills (Must-Have):
• Frontend Development: Proficient in building responsive, dynamic web applications using React or the Next.js framework.
• Backend Development: Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python for server-side logic and building robust REST APIs .
• Database Management: Competency in database modeling, structured programming, and schema design (SQL or NoSQL).
• AI & Advanced Capabilities (Major Plus):
• AI Integration: Ability to incorporate AI/Machine Learning capabilities into software solutions.
• Local Deployment: Experience implementing and hosting backend AI models on local servers/on-premises infrastructure (rather than just relying on cloud APIs).
• Bonus Skills:
• Alternative Ecosystems: Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework.
• Mobile Development: Experience in cross-platform mobile application development using React Native or Flutter .
• Professional Practices (Recommended Additions):
• Version Control: Standard proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab) for code management and collaboration.
• Deployment & Environments: Basic understanding of Linux environments or Docker (highly beneficial for local AI model deployment).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation to learn new tech, and clear communication skills.
