Senior Executive / Executive (Alumni Relations and Engagement) - LCYL

Responsibilities

• Manage alumni communications and respond to alumni enquiries across multiple channels in a professional manner.
• Maintain and manage the alumni database/CRM to support outreach, engagement, and reporting activities.
• Develop alumni networks and plan, coordinate and execute local and overseas alumni engagement activities.
• Support digital alumni engagement through social media, corporate website updates, and alumni success story features.
• Monitor engagement outcomes, prepare reports, and benchmark alumni engagement practices to support continuous improvement.
• Enhance alumni programmes through feedback, surveys, focus groups and new engagement initiatives.
• Connect alumni and their organisations with the Career Services Team to create opportunities for students and graduates.
• Manage budgets and resources for alumni activities and events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote professional development, career progression, and lifelong learning opportunities for alumni.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations or related roles.
• Digitally savvy, with experience in social media and CRM or database management.
• Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
• Willing to travel independently overseas to support alumni events when required.

Additional Information

Senior Executive / Executive (Alumni Relations and Engagement) Employment Type: 1-year contract, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and headcount availability Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 Location: Central Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm / Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
