Job Description Summary The M&A Program Manager will lead and continuously mature the standard work, governance model and execution framework for Digital Technology across all Electrification M&A activities. This role combines strategic ownership of repeatable M&A processes, tools and playbooks with leadership of complex, high-impact transactions. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of Digital Technology standard work for M&A activities, including playbooks, Key Performance Indicators, deal checklists, due diligence questionnaires and decision frameworks. Own and evolve reusable tools and templates including business application assessment frameworks, cost estimation and tracking tools, integration and separation planning templates, governance routines and executive reporting mechanisms. Define and institutionalize consistent methods for evaluating Digital Technology scope, complexity, risks, resource needs and execution approaches across transactions. Provide senior leadership in assessing application landscapes, data flows, interfaces, cyber security considerations, infrastructure dependencies, licensing impacts and transitional service requirements to inform transaction strategy and execution planning. Ensure Electrification M&A standard work is applied effectively across transactions, driving alignment, governance discipline and continuous enhancement based on lessons learned and changing business needs. Serve as the senior Digital Technology point of contact for M&A-related activities from due diligence through execution, providing leadership and coordination across Digital Technology teams, business application owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure, cyber security, data & analytics, Business Development, third party vendors and other stakeholders. Lead assessments of target or in-scope environments to identify key applications, critical dependencies, integration requirements, separation challenges, operational risks, cost implications and Day 1 readiness needs. Develop and challenge high-level and detailed estimates for Digital Technology M&A activities and incremental run cost, ensuring assumptions, risks and options are clearly articulated for decision-makers. Lead the creation of Day 1, interim state and end-state Digital Technology plans for M&A activities, ensuring plans are pragmatic, sequenced and aligned with business objectives. Proactively monitor progress, resolve or escalate issues and guide decision-making related to scope, risks, timing, priorities and resource constraints. Prepare clear recommendations, trade-off analyses and executive-ready materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Build strong working relationships with the GE Vernova HQ DT M&A team, Business Development, functional leaders, program leaders, business application teams and integration or separation management offices to influence outcomes and accelerate execution. Drive lessons learned, capability building and continuous improvement following completed transactions to strengthen future M&A readiness and execution across Electrification. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; or equivalent knowledge or experience. Significant experience in Digital Technology program management, with a track record of leading complex wing-to-wing M&A integrations, separations or divestitures. Proven ability to lead through influence, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, diverse technical domains and external partners. Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on designing scalable processes, conducting risk/cost assessments, and managing complex workstreams. Excellent executive-level communication skills, with a high-integrity, ownership-driven approach to operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Ability to work from an Electrification office and travel 10-15% to support M&A activities.
