Oversees all architectural aspects of construction projects, from design coordination and shop drawing approvals to site execution and project completion. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and Singapore building regulations while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Lead and coordinate architectural design, planning, and execution for construction projects. Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and architectural deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction quality, and resolve architectural and technical issues. Prepare and manage project documentation, including QM/PQP, RFI, RFA, Method Statements, DfS submissions, and CONQUAS inspections. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery. Lead, mentor, and support junior architectural staff and promote effective teamwork. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve project outcomes.
