Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in battery cell process development
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemical engineering
  • Experience leading external technical partnerships
  • Experience leading implementation of new technologies or processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound technical judgment

Requirements

  • Statistical problem-solving training
  • Experience in manufacturing plant operations
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as Minitab, Red X, or DFSS
