THE JOB: As a Live Streaming Studio Supervisor, you'll lead a unique and innovative virtual gaming experience. You'll set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy team focused on guest service, entertainment, and adaptability. In this evolving role, you'll supervise daily operations, oversee staff scheduling, uphold department and regulatory standards, resolve guest complaints, and train Game Presenters while providing ongoing coaching and development. You'll also support continuous training initiatives and employee engagement, all while helping shape the future of live streaming at MGM Grand. We're looking for someone dedicated, creative, and ready to lead with passion.
