Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned accounts by providing ongoing service, support, and sales development, including driving white spot prospecting across existing products, new innovations, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency improvements.

- Support Sales Teams on order and distribution-related matters, maintaining clear communication with Sales Account Managers to ensure full visibility of customer issues.
- Participate in relevant meetings to identify service improvements and communicate Customer Service KPIs and strategies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in chemical specialties; experience with equipment and operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to present and communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- High sense of urgency with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to train customers on product usage and safety.
