About the role

This position is located within the Flight Program Operations, Flight Program Compliance, Technical Requirements Group. This position serves as the manager to the Logistics Team, AJF-4110. To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-I (FG/GS-13) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience planning, organizing, and executing the full life cycle of short- and long-term strategic plans and change management programs/plans; developing strategies to improve program implementation and evaluation; communicating with high level officials and stakeholders to exchange information on organizational initiatives and planning objectives; and using qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations and objectives. Experience leading or managing employees responsible for ensuring compliance with standard procurement requirements. Experience overseeing the reporting of audit measures to management.
