Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Compensation Range:
  • $130,962.60 - $149,671.54
