Responsibilities
- Application Support & Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users for PLM-related operational issues
- Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM in production and non-production environments

- Support integration of Teamcenter with CAD tools and enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot: Data transfer and status stamping
- Workflow-related integration issues
- Dataset validation and dispatcher processes
- Monitor and resolve PDF generation and system performance issues
- Analyze and improve NX performance bottlenecks
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work effectively with globally distributed teams
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Ensure adherence to ISO 14001 & 45001 standards awareness

- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in PLM application support
- Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM
- Proven experience in L2/L3 production support
- Experience with: NX and AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- PLM workflows (ECN, MCN, Change Management)
- Solid understanding of: Incident & problem management process
- Root cause analysis techniques
- SLA-driven support environments
- Good to Have
- Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor
- Exposure to system integrations and data workflows
- Knowledge of Alfresco AMS
