Customer Quality Engineer (West Area/Manufacturing)

About the role

Liaise with process engineers on quality-related issues to follow-up on effective corrective and preventive actions Investigate, perform failure analysis (including external laboratory testing) and prepare 8D report for customers' complaints Drive internal compliance audit of company's business processes and quality management system Establish and implement in-house quality monitoring system Ensure continuous improvements in process and procedures implemented in manufacturing Carry out and implement appropriate quality plans for new products, materials/processes Drive both preventive and corrective action programmes including customer-related issues Other duties as assigned by superiors Requirement: At least a Diploma in Quality Assurance / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format or please click on "Apply Now".
