About the role
We are looking for an exceptional professional to lead our Student Support, Advice & Funding teams. This role is vital to delivering compassionate, consistent and proactive support that enables students to thrive academically, personally and financially. The Role Reporting to the Head of Student Support & Wellbeing, you will oversee frontline services, triage, casework management and financial guidance. You will lead a team of Student Advisors, Customer Services Assistants and the Student Funding Advisor, ensuring high quality advice across all channels. You will also contribute to service improvement, compliance activity, cross university projects and key student lifecycle events. About you You will bring: Significant experience in student support, advice or frontline HE services. Strong leadership and staff management capability. Experience handling complex or sensitive cases. Understanding of academic, wellbeing and financial issues affecting students. Strong analytical and communication skills.
