Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
- Track project progess, plan and expenditures and report any issues on delay with project manager, escalate when necessary.

- Monitor costs to ensure project is delivered within budget.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and managing calendar.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow workflow/ procedures and meet deadlines/ schedules.
- Compile and distribute project reports to stakeholders.
- Maintenance of previous and existing project
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned as required.
