About the role
As a Teacher , you'll deliver high-quality teaching and learning for our pupils, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. Requirements
- Essential:

- Proven ability to deliver a differentiated curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
- Working understanding of ASC and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including complex presentations
- Desirable:
- Additional qualifications in SEND
- Experience in curriculum development for learners with SEND, especially those with autism
- Understanding of co-occurring conditions associated with autism and their impact on learning
- Nurturing and empathetic relationship building skills

Aurora Coalville School is opening its doors in late 2026 (tbc) and will be a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious hub for children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Communication and Interaction.
