Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Retail, Wholesale, Commercial Operations, Sales Management or Retail Execution.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing large field organizations.
  • Proven experience leading multi level teams, including managers, supervisors and field personnel.
  • Experience managing department stores, wholesale or omnichannel environments.
  • Strong understanding of apparel, fashion or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience driving Sell Out growth and retail productivity improvements.
  • Experience developing and executing annual business plans, monthly action plans and recovery strategies.
  • Experience managing retail KPIs including: Sell Out total/Comp Stores / Comp Doors

  • Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities, balancing revenue growth, productivity and expense management.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities through data analysis, market trends, competition and store observations.
  • Experience working cross functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  • Experience in presenting business performance, opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and supporting Joint Business Planning initiatives.
  • Strong track record of leading organizational change and driving execution through large teams.

  • This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.

You will own the sellout results of the wholesale channel by translating commercial objectives into actionable retail plans, ensuring flawless execution in stores, developing high performing teams, building future leaders and creating a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement. You will develop the capabilities of the field organization through coaching, training and talent development, ensuring teams have the tools, knowledge and clarity required to execute the brand strategies and deliver the business objectives. You will also act as the key link between Commercial, Merchandising and Marketing to ensure business strategies, product launches, promotions and customer priorities are effectively executed in stores
