We're looking for a PSLE Math Specialist who knows how to turn confused, discouraged students into calm, confident problem-solvers. 🎯 PSLE Math Specialist (Primary 5 & 6 Focus) 📍 Hougang | Part-time or Full-time Why this role is different At The Nuggets Academy, PSLE isn't about cramming. We teach smarter, slower, and deeper , especially for children who struggle, panic, or have lost confidence. 👩🏫 What you'll be doing You'll be the PSLE Math anchor for our P5-P6 students. You will: Teach PSLE Math classes using our structured, bite-sized framework Coach students through problem sums, heuristics, and exam strategy Diagnose learning gaps and misconceptions Help students improve accuracy, thinking, and confidence , not just speed Work with our curriculum team to refine PSLE materials and lesson flow Give clear feedback to parents on how their child is progressing You are not just delivering worksheets. You are shaping how a child thinks under pressure. 🧠 Who this role is for You'll thrive here if you: Have strong mastery of PSLE Math syllabus & problem sums Understand common PSLE traps, heuristics, and exam patterns Enjoy working with average, borderline, or struggling learners , not just top scorers Are patient, structured, and clear in how you explain Care about confidence and mindset as much as results You don't have to be from MOE.
