About the role
Global Artwork Coordinator is a critical role on the Voltaren, Panadol & Advil Brand team. You will report to Senior Global Design Manager- Voltaren, Panadol & Advil managing design and artwork projects through a wide range of inputs & variables. This role will be key point of contact, interacting with artwork productions, printers, markets & manufacturing/supply chain, requiring basic understanding of these areas.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Global Design Manager who leads global projects for Voltaren, Panadol & Advil , managing Design projects with external Design partners
- Cooperate with people of different levels internally (Senior Global Design Manager, Innovation team and Equity team), effectively managing Design adaptation and concept development projects
- Develop brand/design guidelines with external design partners
- Ensure all new Design Master Templates are prepared based on Design intent, developed and approved by Senior Global Design Manager, and uploaded into the appropriate process tool to the required timings and quality
- Manage adherence to design guidelines and standards, managing proofing and colour standards, attending press runs and ensuring execution of colours and Design to agreed standards
- Support stakeholder management with Marketing Excellence, R&D, QSC teams and external partners, including organising and coordinating pre-production Design meetings
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement in prepress and printing technology

- Design experience/understanding of branding, design, and innovation process, design thinking and how this applies to a business
- Experience of verbal and written design brief authoring, as well as working knowledge of print processes, technicalities and finishing
- Experience/understanding of managing design projects, including working with global/local design partners and managing budget
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
