Resumen Acts as the site-level strategic leader and technical authority for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance. This position bridges the gap between technical process risk (such as ammonia and chlorine systems) and the overall Safety culture, health protection, and environmental sustainability of the site. Direct and integrate operational discipline, high-risk work governance (LOTO, Working at Heights, Electrical Safety), and environmental compliance into daily plant operations, mitigating catastrophic and occupational risks while positioning the facility as a world-class benchmark for EHS-ESG governance. Ergonomics and Occupational Ergometry Responsabilidades 1 Implement and maintain compliance with OSHA 1910.119 and NOM-028-STPS for chlorine and ammonia systems 2 Implement and maintain all critical aspects identified in the Process Hazard Analysis 3 Develop, update, and manage PSM 14-element documentation, including but not limited to: (Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) facilitation and participation, Mechanical Integrity programs for pressure vessels, piping, and refrigeration systems. Relief system design verification. Management of Change (MOC). 4 Ensure the application of Mexican regulatory requirements, RAGAGEP, IIAR standards, and The Chlorine Institute guidelines in all site-level decisions 5 Conduct risk modeling and simulations for hazardous chemical scenarios (e.g., ammonia release). 6 Conduct and document Pre-Startup Safety Reviews before the introduction of highly hazardous chemicals or the commissioning of new systems. 7 Plan and execute regular audits and self-assessments of PSM and EHS systems to identify gaps and ensure ongoing compliance 8 Develop and track process safety performance and Safety indicators (leading and lagging) and report findings to leadership. 9 Coordinate and evaluate emergency response drills specific to process safety scenarios (chlorine/ammonia release) in alignment to the local site. 10 Participate in the evaluation and selection of contractors for tasks critical to process safety 11 Ensure effective hazard communication processes, including labeling, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and training for all personnel. 12 Ensure contractor safety compliance and provide process safety training for contractors working on site. 13 Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. 14 Establish and maintain a site-level PSM Committee to review compliance status, track action items, and promote process safety culture 15 Responsible for developing comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term plans for process safety management, and for implementing systems to track, monitor, and report progress on these plans 16 Maintain and continuously update the PSM Library at the site, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of all 14 element 17 Actively promote daily integration of PSM practices into operations, reinforcing that process safety is a living system. 18 Monitor risk matrices for areas handling chlorine and ammonia, e
