About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ControlUp, you aren't just making dials-you are the engine driving our revenue growth. Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
  • experience with engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person
  • knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus
  • Clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
  • Fast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes
  • Effectively manage your time to complete objectives
  • Experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
  • Thrive in a high-energy team environment
