We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collecting, and analyzing HR data to support decision making, and help with improving HR processes. Build dashboards and reports using HRIS (Workday, moving to SAP), Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Support workforce planning and forecasting to support business needs. Using data, identify internal workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes. Coordinate with HRIS center of excellence to ensure data integrity; conduct data audits. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and other internal groups. Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations Assist in preparing presentations and data driven insights for leadership decision-making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR, data analysis or business analytics Experience in HRIS (Workday and SAP); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Understanding of employment laws and regulations
