As the OT Security Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding The Toro Company's Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program across our global manufacturing operations. Working closely with plant operations, engineering teams, and enterprise cybersecurity, you will help protect critical industrial systems while supporting safe and reliable production environments. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve OT security visibility, reduce operational cyber risk, and support the ongoing maturity of our OT security capabilities. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Enhance visibility and monitoring of OT assets, systems, and network activity across manufacturing environments. Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks impacting industrial systems. Support OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing infrastructure. Assist with OT incident response activities, investigations, and continuous improvement of security processes. Contribute to the development and expansion of TTC's global OT cybersecurity program and governance practices. Full job description will be provided to final candidate at point of offer. To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or related technical disciplines. 2+ years of experience supporting OT, ICS, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Working knowledge of industrial control systems, cybersecurity principles, and network security concepts. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
