Software Engineer II - O9 Integration, ITC

Responsibilities

• As an O9 Engineer, you will:
• Integrate, test, and support O9 modules based on functional requirements of data.
• Support data integration mapping, ensuring correct ingestion of master, transactional, and planning data.
• Work with engineering teams to support O9-to-enterprise integrations (o9 → S4, o9 → BCL, etc.).
• Troubleshoot integration issues, validate data accuracy, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in sprint planning, configuration development, unit testing, and UAT support.
• Prepare documentation for integration changes, test scenarios, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to refine requirements.
• Ensure deployments follow established DevOps, CI/CD, and change‑control processes.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning & Technology organization, supporting teams working on Demand and Supply Planning. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, senior engineers, business analysts, and global functional partners. You will not only work on o9 integration, but also help in basic configurations of enhancements, reports and custom plugin logic. You will need to understand the business context of the problems and work with team to find innovative solutions in technology ecosystem. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an O9 Engineer with hands‑on experience in integrating o9 with Nike data ecosystem. You should have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret business requirements, and experience in understanding the data and its business context. Required Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience in integration of o9 with Databricks (delta share), snowflake and file systems. Configuring the batches with BDP2.0, airflow and Databricks workflow. Experience of leveraging AI technologies like Cursor, co-pilot, Nova on o9 landscape to accelerate development and debugging. Strong skills in SQL / PL‑SQL for data validation, mapping, and issue investigation. Working knowledge of O9 data models, UI/Workflow setups. Basic understanding supply chain & planning processes - Demand Planning preferred. Basic experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), APIs, or integrations is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with business and technical teams.
