Contract Quantity Surveyor (m&e)

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for M&E services
• Source and evaluate quotations from M&E suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage variation orders (VO)
• Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma /Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in M&E/building services projects
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection works
• Good written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
