How You'll Have an Impact at Kinder's: Kinder's is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist who is passionate about being part of a team of hard-working people focused on bringing the future of flavor to consumers everywhere. As the Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the inventory control team. This role will oversee inbound Goods of Receipts, inbound to our partner 3PL locations as well as outbound deliveries to customers from the 3PL partners. While verifying accuracy reporting inventory shorts to proactively communicate to CoPack and Logistics Teams. There will be a need to reach out to our partners for documentation such as packing slips and BOL as documentation as backup for financial claims and deduction resolution. This role also ensures that we close out delivery reporting when product leaves our facilities to a customer. Other data entry tasks including Month end activities and communication are part of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Customer Service and Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Quality Assurance, Commercialization, R&D, Sourcing, and Co-Manufacturing. With an opportunity to plan, manage, and participate in strategic projects that are imperative to the continued growth and success of the Kinder's brand. Key Responsibilities Include: Good of Receipts (GRPO) Invoices Approvals Support Customer Order Deliveries Deductions Resolution Support Aging Reports/Inventory Shorts support POD's/BOL's for accounting Pallet Account Maintenance Support Customer Operations team with other tasks What You Bring to the Table Customer service experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, supply chain or operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving Strong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as commitment to seeing tasks through to completion Team player that works well cross-functionally and seeks to collaborate across multiple functional areas in the organization Flexible, efficient, and motivated self-starter that requires little direction, with a proven ability in creative problem solving and managing multiple priorities A commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-paced, high growth company.
