About the role
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in the TALENT ACQUISITION AND STAFFING DIRECTORATES EAST of OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering and analyzing Human Resources concepts, laws, policies, precedents and procedures to provide recruitment and staffing support services (e.g., basic qualifications, eligibility, and pay setting) in accordance with established guidance and policy; and using human resources information systems (e.g., DCPDS) to process personal actions. GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing human resources information systems (e.g., DCPDS) to process personal actions in accordance with established guidance and policy.
