Responsibilities

  • Essential Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) and medication-assist module CHCC305C (or equivalent).
  • Proven community aged-care experience, including complex-care and medication support.
  • Ability to consult and influence stakeholders; strong organisation, delegation and MS Office skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Aged-Care Quality Standards, infection control, manual-handling and other safe-work practices.
  • Compassion, empathy and commitment to client-centred care.
  • Desirable
  • Certificate IV in Individual Support, leadership experience, Mental Health First Aid, second languages and insight into veterans' needs .
  • Employment Prerequisites

  • National Police / NDIS screening;
  • current First Aid & CPR;
  • Australian driver licence and comprehensively-insured, road-worthy vehicle
