Join Forto's Pricing Desk Europe Team as a Pricing Specialist for the Polish market and drive profit, volume growth, and customer satisfaction for our Sea Freight products. Deliver accurate, competitive quotations while collaborating with Sales, Trade, Operations, and Tech teams. Be the link between Forto's digital systems and traditional freight forwarding, helping scale pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle spot, long-term RFQs, and tenders.
• Support commercial teams with pricing strategies and quotational excellence.
• Negotiate with Sales, carriers, and partners to secure competitive rates.
• Build relationships in the Polish sea freight market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Sales, OPS, and Tech teams.
• Contribute to business development in Import and Export for FCL and LCL.
• Analyze data and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Ensure scalable, sustainable pricing processes.
• Required Skills and Experience
• Experience in sea freight pricing, trade, or procurement.
• Strong analytical, Excel/Sheets, and margin calculation skills.
• Curious, structured, and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Motivated, flexible, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business growth and partner management is a plus.
