Senior Site Civil Engineer (Utilities) - Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer (Utilities) to lead supervision activities across utilities infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise utilities works (water, sewer, stormwater, telecom)
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, standards, and HSE requirements
• Lead site inspections, testing, and contractor coordination
• Monitor project progress using digital reporting tools
• Education & Qualification Requirements :
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• 10-15+ years in utilities construction supervision
• Strong experience in GCC infrastructure projects
• PMP/PE preferred
