Responsibilities
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with programming, installing, and optimizing automated systems, including robotics, PLCs, vision systems, and peripheral control components.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of robotic systems, including microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, and mechanical components.
- Support the testing and validation of robotic assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and refine robotic path motions to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Work closely with engineers to support the design, configuration, and application of robotic systems.
- Provide hands-on support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to automation equipment.
- Assist in training team members on proper operation and maintenance of robotic and automation systems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience working with robotics, including Fanuc and ABB, as well as PLC troubleshooting and minor programming with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical experience.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Pay Range:
- $64,500.00 - $103,500.00
