About the role

The position is with the Office of Defense Programs, Office of Stockpile Management, Office of Stockpile Production Integration. A successful candidate will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer-Physical Scientist provides technical expertise, in leveraging technologies by liaises with maturation programs to remain updated with technologies, analyzes operations, and represents the organization in high-level meetings and negotiations to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision-making. A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e.,EN-4 or GS-15 equivalent, Specialized experience for this position is defined as: experience to analyze and assess key components of high-profile, substantial programs and projects that includes identifying and devising strategies to adapt to technological advancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage challenges that impact the achievement of set goals and objectives; managing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of project management initiatives, policies, procedures, staff activities, functional area integration, and process improvement efforts independently.
