What We Need: As a member of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, you will play an integral role in the testing process to ensure the quality and performance of our top-rated mobile applications. Following established requirements and checklists, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs in the designated bug tracking systems. You will collaborate closely with producers and programmers throughout the entire application development lifecycle, working alongside teams based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the development and optimization of applications across a wide range of mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to test, debug, and optimize mobile applications.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and thoroughly track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Utilize bug tracking tools to report and manage issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
  • Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Strong command of English, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Familiarity with QA platforms, tools, and related software.
  • Proficient in automation programming languages such as Python, Selenium, or similar technologies.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and continuously acquire new knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
