Telemarketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to potential clients with clarity and confidence
• Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and support the sales team in moving leads through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in our database
• Work closely with our Sales Consultants to drive business growth and achieve targets

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage-but not required.
