About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT) in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES. To qualify for a GS-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience displaying broad knowledge in multiple disciplines including construction, facilities, and environmental as related to federal government installations at a level sufficient to accomplish the variety of tasks in assigned areas, while being cognizant of established policies, and practices within the Department of the Navy and other DoD agencies. Experience applying engineering/facility management principles and standards to identify, analyze, and make recommendations on how to resolve issues based on requirements, available resources, and schedule. Experience demonstrating an understanding of facility management concepts, principles, practices, procedures, policies, and standards for participation and leadership in working groups and teams. Experience preparing and presenting both oral and written briefings on facility status and readiness for projects of interest to IW leadership at all levels.
