Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of M&A, minority investments, and capital-raising transactions across the Software and broader Technology sector

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8+ years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with meaningful exposure to Technology / Software transactions
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise, with the ability to review and guide complex analyses
  • Sector Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of software and technology subsectors , including SaaS, enterprise software, and tech-enabled services, alongside key industry trends such as recurring revenue models and digital transformation
  • Execution Leadership: Proven ability to lead transactions and manage multiple workstreams in parallel under tight timelines
  • Client Management: Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including corporate executives, founders, and private equity investors
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Commercial Judgement: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to develop strategic insights
  • International Exposure: Experience working on cross-border transactions and collaborating with international teams is advantageous
