Requirements
- Experience: 6-8+ years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with meaningful exposure to Technology / Software transactions
- Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise, with the ability to review and guide complex analyses
- Sector Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of software and technology subsectors , including SaaS, enterprise software, and tech-enabled services, alongside key industry trends such as recurring revenue models and digital transformation
- Execution Leadership: Proven ability to lead transactions and manage multiple workstreams in parallel under tight timelines
- Client Management: Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including corporate executives, founders, and private equity investors
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Commercial Judgement: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to develop strategic insights
- International Exposure: Experience working on cross-border transactions and collaborating with international teams is advantageous
