Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join its client's Generic Team, based at Knowsley. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Carry out Care Act assessments within the community, with a strong focus on strengths, independence and personalised outcomes Develop, implement and review support plans to ensure adults receive appropriate, proportionate and person‑centred support Respond to safeguarding concerns and work collaboratively with health and partner agencies to promote safety and wellbeing Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you must have: Registered with Social Work England Eligible to work in the UK Holds a full UK driving licence Post‑qualified experience in Social Work Recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma or equivalent) Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work Experience completing Care Act assessments within Adult Social Care settings
