Job Description: Internal Audit Manager LATAM - Your next role at Mars? Reporting to the LATAM Internal Audit Sr. Manager, the Internal Audit Senior Manager for the LATAM region will participate and lead operational, strategic, and financial audits and consulting projects. You will be responsible in the delivery of the LATAM Internal Audit annual plan. In this role, you will be the point of contact and knowledge partner for the LATAM Service & Finance stakeholders to drive governance and the risk agenda. You will work closely with the other Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and will keep the Audit Senior Manager informed of progress and issues as necessary. This is a Hybrid role based out of Querétaro, MX. In this key role, you will work on... Perform audit procedures, including developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures. Conduct walkthroughs and testing and prepare workpapers. Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Communicate the results of audit and/or projects via written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to senior management. Follow-up on the remediation status of the agreed management actions. Support and/or lead regional or global Internal Audit Initiatives that could focus on governance and control improvement or IA foundational improvements. Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training, and share information gained with co-workers. Represent Internal Audit in Financial Controller communities or other relevant communities to share best practices. You? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar field and preferably possession or working towards a CPA, CIA, or CFE certificate. 6+ years of experience in External or Internal Audit positions, preferably working in Big 4 or FMCG. Experience in Fraud & Investigations as well as Data Analytics skills are preferred. Experience auditing consumer packaged goods or other manufacturing companies is desirable. Experience working with a global audit function is desirable. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in this position. What can you expect from Mars?
