Requirements

• Student in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, QFB, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related science/engineering field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive and collaborative team player.
• Curious and eager to learn about quality systems and documentation.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI or quality certifications (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001) is a plus.

Location: Guadalajara Workplace type : Hybrid Ingredion is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Global Quality team and support excellence in customer satisfaction through quality documentation and collaboration across technical and manufacturing teams. As an Intern Global Quality Documentation , you will support the Global Quality team by managing and updating technical documentation related to product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our customers. This position reports to the Head of the Mexico Quality Documentation team. What will you do: Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to create and edit technical package documents. Maintain and update Ingredion portals with quality-related documentation. Organize and manage technical package documentation, such as product specifications and letters. Support document update projects across various systems. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ingredion products and manufacturing sites.
