Key Account Director (Corporate & TMC)

ABOUT THE ROL E Lead and grow strategic key accounts by developing long-term partnerships that drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions. Build and execute account plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs. Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing insights, resolving challenges, and strengthening client relationships. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a corporate or multi-national environment. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing large accounts and delivering revenue growth. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or client servicing. Experience managing enterprise or high-value corporate accounts is preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluency in English; additional regional languages would be an advantage.
