Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic French-speaking Customer Service Representative (level I). The right person enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. The duties are a wide variety of administrative work and taking calls. Take inbound and outbound calls Process the incoming orders before 3PM (Incl. web orders) Create invoices Participate in CSR-teams meetings Ensure excellent service Escalate issues/complaints to the correct person/department if they cannot resolve it themselves Provide technical (product) support Keep the product & DAP knowledge updated by participating webinars/training Stay sharp on any leads or possible up-sell + cross sell possibilities Assign leads to the territory manager Proactive in finding improvements Translation of message templates ( if in possession of any extra language skill) Achieve set KPI's Process any other requests incoming via Teams or Email Supporting referral program(s)
