Collaborates with physicians in determining peer review indicators, what quality measures to study, developing appropriate study designs and data collection tools, appropriate data collation, analysis and summarization. This responsibility also includes facilitating discussions and providing appropriate and on-going feedback and follow-up to ensure sustained improvements. Communicates results to all stakeholders. Assures compliance with TJC standards and CMS regulations. This position may require flexibility of hours. Position is hybrid. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: 5+ years nursing experience in an acute care setting. Critical Care or ED experience preferred. Peer review experience preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
